THIRD PERSON POV

It was almost 2 o clock in the morning. A tensed man kept walking front and back holding his 4 year old son.

"Papa why are we here?" He asked with his sweet voice.

He looked down at his son and gave him a smile.

"You are going to become a brother today, we came to take our baby home." He said and kissed his son's forehead.

Hearing his father's words the four year old became very excited.

"Really papa?" He asked and his father nodded.

The doors of the operation theatre opened and a nurse came out.

"Congratulations sir, it's a baby girl." She said and hearing her words the man smiled widely.

"But sir there's a problem. The baby has not yet opened her eyes." She said and the man's smile dropped immediately.

"What?? Why? ..... Can I see her?" He asked getting worried about his new born baby.

The nurse nodded and took him to meet the baby.

The father son duo went to look at the new family member.

They saw her lying in the cradle peacefully.

"Papa she looks like an angel..... She's so small." He said and his father chuckled.

"She really looks like an angel." He picked his daughter in his arms and kissed her forehead.

It had been 5 days and their daughter hasn't opened her eyes yet. There hasn't been a single doctor they haven't visited but no one could find out the reason.

The family had some guests today. Their family friends the Gupta's. The Guptas also had a 3 months old son who was now kept on the cradle with the Malhotras angel.

The 3 months old boy kept looking at the girl who was quietly sleeping. He moved his hands to her face and touched her cheeks. As soon as he touched her, he started giggling. He moved his hand towards her eyes and hit her lightly.

The girl who was now disturbed from her sleep opened her eyes slowly and looked at the boy next to her. They both looked at each other and started giggling.

Hearing to their giggles, all the family members came to look at them.

"Ohh my god.... Varun look our daughter opened her eyes." Deepti called for her husband.

It was indeed the most beautiful day of their lives. They saw their daughter and her beautiful eyes as she kept looking at the little boy next to her and kept giggling holding his hand.

That day both the families decided that they both are really destined to be together.

The girl was none other than Megha Malhotra and the boy was Yuvraj Gupta.

5 YEARS LATER

MEGHA- 5 YEARS

YUVRAJ - 5 YEARS

The sounds of kids running and laughing echoed the beautiful house of Malhotras. The six kids ran from the house to the garden to their parents.

"Papa...... I want to marry yuvi." Little Megha who had no knowledge of what she was speaking told that climbing on her father's lap.

Hearing her words all the adults started laughing.

"Why are you laughing?" She asked confused looking at everyone.

Her father picked her in his arms.

"Sure princess as you wish." He said and kissed her forehead.

At the meantime a five year old Yuvraj stood there looking down shyly.

In the span of five years Megha and Yuvraj had become best friends just like their parents. They shared everything.

If Megha was a naughty and troublesome kid, Yuvraj was a shy and quiet kid.

All the six kids went out to play.

Megha picked up the stones and started throwing it around. Seeing Megha, Veena and Nithya also followed her.

As the girls were busy throwing the stones around and the guys stood there looking at them.

"We will see who will throw the farthest." Megha said to Veena and Nithya, who became more excited now.

Yuvraj hearing to her words immediately went to stop her.

"Megha, don't do that what if you hurt someone." He said with a lot of concern.

But Megha just ignored and threw the stone as far as she can breaking a window.

As soon as she did that all of them got scared and ran towards their house.

As they entered the house they went to the study room and picked their books and started studying.

After a while their parents entered their room angrily.

"Who broke Mr. Kashyap's window?"

Varun Malhotra asked looking at the kids.

All of them stood up and stood in a line looking down.

"Will someone answer or is everyone ready to get punished?" Roopa Gupta (Yuvraj's mom) asked.

No one dared to speak. Everyone looked down not knowing what to speak.

"Yuvi will you tell us who did it?" Anurup Gupta asked his son.

"Dad...." He said looking down and then towards megha.

Megha nodded negatively telling him not to tell anything.

"Yuvi.... Will you tell or do you want everyone to get punished?" Roopa Gupta asked.

Little yuvraj who didn't want his friends to get punished spoke up.

"Megha" he said in a low voice.

"Megha.... We didn't expect this from you. I thought you would be the responsible and well behaved child. You have disappointed me." Varun Malhotra said angrily getting disappointed.

Megha who was now angry because for the first time her father had scolded her and she could see the disappointment and it was all because of Yuvraj.

She trusted him to be his friend and to support her but he didn't do that on the other hand he just told everything making her father scold her.

She thought Yuvraj to be her best friend and now she hated him.

She walked out to the garden and sat below the tree. Yuvraj followed her and looked at her who was now crying.

"Megha..... Why are you crying?" He asked getting sad looking at his best friend crying.

"Go away..... I hate you. You are no longer my friend." She shouted.

Yuvraj who was not ready to give up went and sat next to her and held her hand.

"I am sorry Megha." He said but Megha ignored him and tried to pull her hand back.

She pulled it with so much force that she lost her balance and fell hitting her head to a rock.

"Ahhhhhh" she shouted and everyone came running out.

Yuvraj who saw all this was frozen. He didn't know what to do.

"Princess what happened are you fine. Oh my God you are hurt." Deepti said picking her daughter in her arms.

"What happened? How did Megha get hurt?" Roopa asked her son.

But he kept looking down.

"Yuvi did you hurt her?" She asked.

He kept looking down.

Roopa thought that he was quiet because he was the one who hurt Megha. Getting angry at his son's actions Roopa raised her hand for the first time on her son.

He looked shocked at her and started crying. He ran and went inside and sat under a table crying.

"I hate you Megha. Mama hit me because of you. I didn't do anything and still she hit me because of you."

The 5 year old Yuvraj sat there crying.

This was just the start of how two friends who loved each other now hated each other.

Will megha and Yuvraj continue to hate each other or end it here itself?

Is it the beginning of a war between Megha and Yuvraj?

Will their hate cause problem to the others around them?
